Field of application
Flowfit CYA27 allows for monitoring of up to 6 relevant parameters at the same time. Sensors installed in the assembly need a sample flow as low as 5 l/h (1.32 gph) for accurate measurement. This enables precise control of processes such as disinfection with minimum water loss. The assembly offers flexible mounting options, an integrated sampling valve and a cleaning and dosing module. A flow monitoring can ensure that your measurement is always operational.
Flowfit CYA27 is a flow assembly for the measurement of multiple parameters such as chlorine, chlorine dioxide, bromine, ozone, pH/ORP, conductivity or oxygen mainly in bypass installations. It is suited to the following applications:
Drinking water
Process water
Cooling water
Seawater
Pool water
Industrial wastewater
Suitable for hazardous areas Cl. I div. 2: A certified flow switch with certified cable and manufacturer's declaration is available for hazardous area applications.
Benefits
Maximum flexibility: The modular design of the assembly enables perfect adaption to process requirements. You can measure up to 6 variables.
Minimum water loss: When installed in Flowfit CYA27, sensors require a low sample flow for precise measurement. Only a very small volume of water goes to waste.
Reliable measurement: The integrated flow switch makes sure that your measurement is always operational. For exact flow monitoring, select the optional flow rate measurement.
Long-term operation even in water containing particles: The particle separator module separates and drains particles by centrifugal forces. It ensures a safe flow at the measuring point without the need for regular maintenance.
Easy maintenance: The optional cleaning and dosing module enables automated cleaning cycles and acidification of the medium for specific disinfection process conditions.
Early indication: The optional status indication light according to NAMUR (NE107) shows if the flow is correct and sensors and transmitter are working properly, allowing for direct reaction to errors or timely maintenance.
